You can register as a user by simply providing a user name and password. It is a free service and will allow you to read news articles and advertising as well as providing feedback and comment.
Non members will be limited to scan the home pages of the specialist areas, but will not be able to reach additional information, nor submit papers and comments.
MEI is a network, including research institutions who will be able to service your needs. The network spans agencies who deal with market, country or capability specific content, universities, or consultants who can provide short-term support.
